My Daddy's Scary...

Yay Theresa has a new car!!! OK, well almost... it's paid for, but it's still on it's way. I went to the dealership with my dad yesterday to pick it up, but they didn't have the one with the interior I wanted (gotta have the leather). So we paid for the next one coming in, which should be within the next few weeks!! *Exciting* Since it won't have been sitting on the lot, no one will have test driven it, and I'll get to be the only one to drive it!! So details... It's a 2005 Honda Accord EX in Graphite Pearl with light gray (heated :D) leather seats!! Me so excited... the day it comes I will be joy riding... let me know if you want to join the fun!!! Oh, and as to the title... my Dad is a mean negotiator!

[regarding the title] Uhh... don't ask, I have no freaking clue why I wrote that.

[regarding life in California] Hi T, I thought I'd grace your blog with some So. Cal commentary to share with all your little friends. I shall be nice and brake it into easily readable chunks so it can be digested with ease.

[[regarding driving]] I love California roads, plain and simple. When nearly every road has a speed limit >= 50mph... what's not to like.

[[regarding drivers]] I hate California drivers. I guess that's not totally true, they do tend to flow better than Washington drivers, but they cut you off a lot and 90% don't know what a freaking turn signal is.

[[regarding weather]] Sun == good. 'nuf said.

[[regarding women]] Using the following formulas we can reach the proper conclusion:

California = Sun + Heat

Women = Vanity

Sun + Vanity = Desire For Tan

Heat + Desire For Tan = Less Clothes

Less Clothes = :-D (<- David)

Thus:

California + Women = :-D (<- David)

[[regarding work]] We have a helicopter in office for testing... and I get to play with lots of hardware. "Kick Ass!"

[regarding my commentary] I have no idea why I wrote it this way, just roll with it.

So Dave's off to Cali today and I can't help but feel a little sad. Not that I saw a lot of him before, but at least there was that oppotunity to just give him a ring and... there he'd be. (Unless he was being lazy) So Dave... Good luck... until we meet again.

Man caught in blackberry bushes during fireworks show

Seattle firefighters Tuesday rescued a man who fell about 50 feet down a wooded cliff during an Independence Day fireworks display and became stuck overnight in blackberry bushes....

Ah, the glory of it all... cheers to all those who contributed to the festivities of last night...
